Returns Policy
Goods may be returned to us within 7 days providing that you have notified us within 48 hours of receipt . Any goods returned must be returned to us in the condition they were received. The cost of packing and returning any goods will be the customers responsibility.
Please always contact us first with any problems you may have with your order. If you should receive an item from Perfect-Perfumes.co.uk that is faulty or damaged, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can correct this. All items are checked prior to posting and wrapped to protect from damage. But accidents do happen and we will always try and resolve problems.
