Platinum service specification
- Perfect Platinum will provide a dedicated moving Director to manage the HNW clients every need.
- An onsite survey will be conducted to assess every aspect of the move including the client's behavior.
- A detailed quotation of works to be carried out by us will be submitted, this will be in some cases not the same day. With HNW clients the process time can not be rushed as planning is key and the factors around the move may change.
- All goods being transported will be professionally covered and wrapped by fully qualified and uniformed porters. Full insurance will also be provided to cover any loss in the eventuality of damage.
- An account manager will also be assigned to run alongside the moving Director to look after all the clients needs, giving the client two points of contact.
Removals
Perfect Platinum provide the highest quality of removals service for customers throughout the UK.
Each and every client receives the same high level of furniture protection. All items of furniture are wrapped in our export grade furniture wrapping or purpose-made waterproof padded covers. Household contents are wrapped and placed into our double-wall removal cases, which are fully labelled with the contents and its location within the property.
The company has developed from a Removals background, therefore our focus is always on your customer, we strive to ensure they receive the highest excellence of service, not just a ‘drop it and go’ delivery.
Our teams are also fully equipped to dismantle any furniture that needs to come apart – they will also protect floor surfaces with our carpet runners. All upholstery goods are fully covered from the moment they leave the house until they reach their destination. Wooden furniture and appliances are covered using our specially made padded blankets, ensuring full protection at all times.

Client’s goods are kept in our industry- standard storage containers which are sealed, labelled and placed inside our secure warehouse, until we are instructed to deliver.
Perfect Platinum will take a full inventory of the clients goods, all items will be labelled and numbered along with the condition of the item being noted.

With our insurance policy your clients will have complete peace of mind, knowing should anything go wrong during the move, their possessions are fully covered by a comprehensive policy underwritten by a specialist insurer specifically for the relocation of household goods.Each and every contract is covered up to £50,000 of goods value. If the goods exceed this limit, we can also raise the insurance value to meet the amount required by that particular client.
Along with this policy, Perfect Group are also insured for £5,000,000 public liability and £10,000,000 Employers liability.
